Shipping Policies
All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email. For Pre-order/Order-upon-request item, it usually takes 10-18 days for order processing and production. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
CANADA & US ORDERS
- We use Canada Post Expedited Service. Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days.
- For US orders, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA. Estimated delivery time: 5-14 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to COVID-19, we currently do not ship internationally except for USA. We apologize for that and please visit our website for updates later.
U.S. TARIFF and IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped to the United States, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are determined by the U.S. government and vary based on the item’s value, material, and country of origin.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@alanunu.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
